The Ban on Land Titling in the Albertine Reion: Implications for Tenure Security

This publication highlights the effect of the ban on land titling in the Albertine Region and its impact on land tenure in he region. the ban is not premised on any law and it proscribes untitled landowners from codfying their ownership, thereby robbing them of the agency granted to legal property owners.
